wall panel manufacturers- one concern came up multiple times – we need a new, low cost way to lift exterior wall panels into place.
The cost per loop is nominal versus the time savings and damage repair savings by not having an approved way to set the panels. Some framing crews have experience setting exterior panels, however some framing crews, who are new to setting exterior wall panels don’t have a safe way to set them. They will use any type of lifting apparatus (approved or non-approved) to get panels set, or worse yet will punch holes or otherwise modify the exterior sheathing to facilitate lifting and setting into place.
To use the Boss Strapping Wall Panel Lift Loop is simple – Just choke the loop around the top plate of the exterior panel at time of wall panel construction. Even if a nail happens to penetrate the lift loop, will not affect the rating of the loop. Once the exterior panel is set into place, the loops can either be cut off, or left in the panel.
Rated & Imprinted
Our lifting loops have the working load limits imprinted on each loop - no more lifting with non-rated materials that could potentially be a Federal OSHA or State OSHA violation. Our Boss Strapping Logo is also on each loop so that if an inspector happens to see the loops in action, they can quickly identify the weight limits per lift as well as the manufacturer.

Vertical- 900lbs
Choker- 750lbs
Basket- 1800lbs
